The Wellness Centre is a 5,000 square foot, state of the art facility consisting of world leading Cardiovascular training equipment, a Dance Studio/Aerobics Room, Resistance Machine Training Circuit, Free Weight area, Stretching Cage, Spinning equipment, Personal Trainers, Specialized Programming, and much more.

The Wellness Centre is staffed with a full-time Fitness and Recreation Coordinator, and fully trained and certified staff to assist you at any time with all of your fitness questions and needs, making your time at the Wellness Centre as healthy, informed, and fruitful as possible.

Equipment and Information
The Wellness Centre has purchased leading edge equipment to meet your healthy living choices through targeting all areas of fitness. This equipment has been purchased from Go-Mango Fitness Equipment. The company has installed the equipment and has trained Wellness Centre Staff for optimal usage.
