EAT – LAUGH – DANCE at the 9th Annual C2 Yuk Yuk’s Nights of Comedy – the perfect get-together to ring in the Holiday Season!

August 25, 2017 - The Bonnyville & District Centennial Centre is excited to announce the 9th Annual C2 Yuk Yuk’s Nights of Comedy – and this year, once again, promises to be double the entertainment with shows on both Friday, November 24 and Saturday, November 25! Each night, we’ll have three comedians from Yuk Yuk’s On Tour performing a great show, followed by live music by ‘Union Duke’ for dancing and enjoying. These shows are age 18+.

Feature Comedians:

JOHN BEUHLER John began performing stand-up comedy at the age of nineteen and in his first few years shot two Canadian stand-up specials for Canadian national television - all before the age of 25. John has performed in the Just For Laughs Festival Gala where he won over the crowd and was touted as saving the show. John's style has been described as wickedly funny, fearless and poignant.

JANE STANTON Watching Jane Stanton on stage is like having a late night conversation with you best friend, if your best friend is one of the funniest people you know. In her short time performing comedy Jane has toured across Canada, won Vancouver’s funniest new female comic 2006 and has been featured on CBC Radio 1, XFM and the Can West Comedy Festival.

KEN HICKS Ken has become a favorite of audiences by helping us find the humor in everyday life. Being his dog's best friend, marrying his high school sweetheart, being a father of two daughters, what life as a comedian is like, and even what it’s like to be a 3 time cancer survivor; never afraid of letting us laugh at him, while discovering a little about ourselves.

Live music follows the comedy. UNION DUKE is the Canadian folk quintet that will have you singing until your lungs give out. Union Duke offers the perfect balance between Country and Indie Rock. From banjos to amps, Union Duke gives the best from the lazy days of summer that will keep you going through winter.
