Spring Break Sportsmania Day Camp (Mon. 10 Apr, 2017 9:00 am - 5:00 pm)

The C2 can help keep your youngster, aged 6 to 12, busy, active, and having fun on no-school days.  The next C2 No-School Day Camp is over Spring Break - Monday, April 10 through Thursday, April 13. It's the SPORTSMANIA Day Camp - running from 9:00am to 4:00pm each day. 

Campers will be doing fun sports-related activities, playing games, and learning about a variety of different sports, 

Registration is open now and space is limited - the cost for individual days is $35 for C2 Members and $45 for Non-members.  Register for all 4 days for $120 for C2 Members and $160 for Non-Members. Please call 780-812-3400 to register

Are you a looking for a fun total body workout?  This class offers cardio, muscle conditioning and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave the class! So, come see why Zumba fitness classes are often called fitness in disguise!

BODY BLAST with Bree

9:30am-10:15am Mondays and Wednesdays  

This full body workout includes a mix of cardio and resistance training with a focus on muscular endurance. Very adaptable exercises make this class appropriate for diverse fitness levels, including moms with strollers or expectant mothers.

Choreographed Pilates + Yoga movements put together into sequences make this low-impact class unique and fun!  The result is lengthening and strengthening all muscle groups in the body. No equipment is used and bare feet are preferred.

Make your muscles work! Learn how to strength train with a piece of classic exercise equipment: the kettlebell. Blast all of the muscle groups and see your strength rapidly increase. This class will also include short bursts of cardio for an all-around bell-kicking workout!
