Community Volunteer Appreciation Event (Wed. 26 Apr, 2017 5:00 pm - Thu. 27 Apr, 2017 1:00 am)

Please join Bonnyville FCSS, Lakeland United Way, and Bonnyville Community Learning Council at Community Volunteer Appreciation Day. They will be offering free hamburgers, hot dogs, pop, water, bounce houses, information booths and more!

30 MINUTE HIIT with Karen

7:00am to 7:30am  Tuesdays and Thursdays

(High Intensity Interval Training) Short-but-sweet intense workouts that push you to your fitness limits. This is a quick, full-body, demanding and effective class for anyone with limited time who wants to build their cardiovascular endurance.

The Bonnyville and District Centennial Centre, in partnership with the Bonnyville and District Chamber of Commerce, is pleased to announce that award-winning celebrity humorist, speaker, trainer and consultant, Linda Edgecombe, will be here on a mission to get Bonnyville fired up and energized. Edgecombe’s morning-long workshop, ‘Holy Crap I’m Busy - Building Energy and Resilience in Crazy Times’ will take place on Thursday, April 27, 2017. This class combines traditional kickboxing moves with high intensity interval training for a workout that will leave you energized and ready to knockout the rest of your day. You’ll have a blast learning full body kickboxing combinations and edgy dance moves all in this heart pumping, empowering class.

Come get your greatest “assets” feeling fantastic! Get ready to kick some butt and burn some calories with this booty burning cardio and strength workout. Done on the track, classes will use a mixture of dumbbells and barbells combined with heart revving, fat blasting cardio exercises.
