Fitness Classes 2013
- NEW FITNESS CLASSES SLATED TO START SOON -
Classes include: Zumba in the mornings, at lunchtime, and at suppertime, Zumba Gold, our ever popular Baby Bootcamp, Body Sculpt, Spin to the Core, and Rip and Ride, Rev It Up, TRX Body Blitz and Yoga.
Be sure to check out this newest round of great fitness classes - both pre-register and drop-in - organized and scheduled to suit diverse needs and hectic schedules!
Are you new to the Wellness Centre or need a refresher? Join one of our Smart Start programs! It is a basic introduction on how to use the cardio machines as well as the resistance machines. Let us know if you're interested and we'll let you know when the next session is. This program is mandatory for kids 15 and under who want to work out and it is also recommended for any new patrons. For more information please talk to our friendly staff in the Wellness Centre or at the Welcome Desk.
