Are you new to the Wellness Centre or need a refresher? Join one of our Smart Start programs! It is a basic introduction on how to use the cardio machines as well as the resistance machines. Let us know if you're interested and we'll let you know when the next session is. This program is mandatory for kids 15 and under who want to work out and it is also recommended for any new patrons.
