The generous $500,000 donation from the Cenovus Corporation has enabled the existence and functioning of the Centennial Centre's second ice surface, thus dramatically increasing the ice-related possibilities and capabilities of the Facility, while simultaneously satisfying one of the predominant needs for the community as identified in the 2003 Needs Assessment Survey.
