Movie Theatre

The movie theatre allows people to stay locally and watch recent movies on a big screen at a minimal cost. Movies will be shown in the Lecture Hall, which has a capacity of approximately 60 people. The movies are viewed on a large projection screen using a High Definition projector.

The fees are as follows:

Adult: $ 5.00
Senior/Youth (13-17)/ Student: $ 4.00
Child (3-12): $3.00
Tots (2 and under): Free
Members: $1.00

The Bonnyville Centennial Centre is excited to announce that we will be showing a Mock Drive-In Movie in the Flint Field House on Saturday, May 4th.

On the planet of Baab, astronaut Scorch Supernova is a national hero to the blue alien population. A master of daring rescues, Scorch pulls off astonishing feats with the quiet aid of his nerdy, by-the-rules brother, Gary, head of mission control at BASA. When BASA’s no-nonsense chief Lena informs the brothers of an SOS from a notoriously dangerous planet, Scorch rejects Gary’s warnings and bounds off for yet another exciting mission. But when Scorch finds himself caught in a fiendish trap set by the evil Shanker, it’s up to scrawny, risk-adverse Gary to do the real rescuing. As the interplanetary stakes rise to new heights, Gary is left to save his brother, his planet, and his beloved wife Kira and their adventure hungry son Kip.

You can bring in your own lawn chairs and blankets to truly get that outdoor movie feel or we will have chairs you can use too. There will be a concession available for you to purchase snacks and beverages.

Tickets will be available to purchase in advance on Monday, April 15th, for regular movie admission fees. Day of prices are as follows; Adult $7.00, Senior or Youth $6.00, Child $5.00, Tots FREE, C2 Member $3.00 and Family $20.00
